In his role with the AFL for the past 14 years, Phiv has presented nationally on kicking around Australia. His background as a teacher, has provided a unique asset in breaking the kicking skill down into basics with grip, ball drop, then the skill of actual kicking.

In high demand, this has resulted in him presenting at Level 2 Coaching Courses for over 12 years, (over 1000 Coaches), including AFL Players Association Course with over 40 AFL players, for both men and women.

Combined with being very active presenting at a Number of Leagues and numerous Clubs, including the Seda Hgh Performance Kicking Program, he also worked for the Western Bulldogs Next Generation Academy (NGA) and Father Sons, with some of his students including Jamarra Ugle – Hagan, Buku Khamis, Rhylee West (all Western Bulldogs) and Darcy Macpherson(Gold Coast Suns) amongst others. Throw in numerous AFLW players who have also been part of his teachings.(Lulu Beatty, Carlton, Lara Hausegger, Sydney Swans).

His stint at the Northern Knights for both boys and girls resulted in Phiv working on the kicking abilities for a number of players who also were drafted, having improved quite considerably under his tutelage.
